It is not the product I ordered

I ordered the product that’s on the picture, GREEN ELV CONTROL, which I have use in the past and it really works but you ended up sending me one of your alternative product completely different from what you advertised, I emailed you telling you that wasn’t the product I ordered and that it was different but I was willing to give it a try but you never responded to my email and after a month your product doesn’t work with the same effectiveness and what’s worse is the fact that you advertise something but you shipped something else , this clearly shows that you very well know that the product on the picture works really well but you knowingly can’t get it and cannot compete with the real product so you decide to rip people off by sending a different product. To my dear consumers I beg you to stop buying from this site, they are fake!!!!!!!!

Hi, the product seems fine to me. In fact, I wanted to get another one today, but they only charged my bank and didn't give me a confirmation number.
